Objective to analyze the influence of comfort nursing on patients receiving hemodialysis. Methods the time range of patients selected in this study was from December 2020 to December 2021. 114 patients were selected, all of whom were treated with hemodialysis. They were divided into control group and experimental group for nursing research, 57 cases respectively. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received comfortable nursing. The nursing quality score, complication rate, anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared. Results there was no significant difference in the scores of bad emotions between the experimental group and the control group before nursing (p>0.05). After nursing, the score of nursing quality (quality of life, comfort, nursing satisfaction) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower than that in the control group. There was a significant statistical difference between the two groups (p<0.05). Conclusion the effect of comfortable nursing during the treatment of hemodialysis patients is ideal. After nursing, the quality of life of patients is significantly improved, and the clinical comfort and nursing satisfaction are high, which has the value of application and promotion.
