摘要
分析饮食护理应用于慢性肾功能不全患者中的临床效果。方法 2021年2月-2022年3月期间收治74例慢性肾功能不全患者,随机分成对照组与实验组(n=37)。给予对照组常规护理,实验组饮食护理,比较两组的临床效果。结果 实验组的肾功能及生化指标较优,患者满意度高,与对照组相比(P<0.05)。结论 在慢性肾功能不全患者中应用饮食护理,有助于改善肾功能及生化指标,提高患者的满意度。
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of dietary nursing in patients with chronic renal insufficiency. Methods: from February 2021 to March 2022, 74 patients with chronic renal insufficiency were randomly divided into control group and experimental group (n = 37). Routine nursing was given to the control group and diet nursing was given to the experimental group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the renal function and biochemical indexes of the experimental group were better and the patients satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of dietary nursing in patients with chronic renal insufficiency is helpful to improve renal function and biochemical indexes, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
