康复护理对脑出血偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的影响

摘要	探究脑出血偏瘫患者采用早期康复护理对肢体运动功能的影响。方法择取病例分析样本为本院收治84例脑出血偏瘫患者，研究年限为2021年6月-2022年6月，采用随机数字表法分组为研究组（n=42）、对照组（n=42）。对照组患者为基础性护理干预，研究组患者为康复护理，对比两组各项指标。结果对比两组护理干预后FAM评分、ADL评分，研究组均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；对比两组护理干预后肌力分级，研究组5级+6级占比高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论脑出血偏瘫患者采用康复护理可改善肢体运动功能，提高肌力及日常生活能力，值得全面推广应用。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on limb motor function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia. Methods: The sample of case analysis was 84 patients admitted to the hospital,and the study period was from June 2021 to June 2022.The study group (n=42) and control group (n=42).Patients in the control group were the basic nursing intervention, and patients in the study group were the rehabilitation care.The indicators of the two groups were compared. Results: FAM score and ADL score of the two groups after nursing intervention were compared, and the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.05).Comparing the muscle strength grades of the two groups after nursing intervention, the proportion of grade 5+6 in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Early rehabilitation nursing for hemiplegia patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve limb motor function, muscle strength and daily living ability,which is worthy of comprehensive promotion and application.
