个性化健康教育在银屑病护理中的价值

摘要	探究分析银屑病护理中应用个性化健康教育的临床价值。方法研究年限跨度为2021年6月-2022年6月，抽选病例分析样本为本院就诊72例银屑病患者，采用电脑数字表抽签法分组为研究组（n=36）、对照组（n=36）。两组患者均行银屑病常规护理干预，研究组患者增加个性化健康教育，对比两组各项指标。结果对比两组银屑病健康知识评分，研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；对比两组治疗依从性、护理满意度，研究组均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论银屑病患者护理中采用个性化健康教育可提高健康知识掌握水平，并可提升治疗依从性及护理满意度，值得全面推广应用。
Abstract	Objective: To explore and analyze the clinical value of individualized health education in psoriasis nursing. Methods: The study period spanned from June 2021 to June 2022.A total of 72 patients with psoriasis in our hospital were selected and divided into the study group (n=36) and the control group (n=36) by computer digital table drawing. Patients in the two groups received routine nursing intervention for psoriasis, and patients in the study group received personalized health education. The indicators of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of psoriasis health knowledge in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared, and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of personalized health education in the nursing of patients with psoriasis can improve the level of health knowledge, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of comprehensive promotion and application.
