Objective: To explore the countermeasures and application effects of perioperative nursing for spinal cord electrical stimulation implantation. Methods: A total of 70 patients with spinal cord electrical stimulation implantation in our hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected for comprehensive perioperative care. The patients condition after nursing was analyzed, including vital signs, the presence or absence of complications, and the satisfaction of the patients family with the nursing. Results: Through nursing, the treatment process was carried out smoothly. At the time of discharge, the patients vital signs were stable, all the existing complications at the time of hospitalization were controlled, and 2 patients developed new complications, including 1 case of lung infection. , 1 case of urinary tract infection, no complications such as muscle atrophy and pressure ulcers. The vital signs of 70 patients were stable after discharge, and the urine and urination all returned to normal. The family members of the patients were satisfied with the nursing work. Conclusion: The perioperative comprehensive nursing effect for patients with spinal cord stimulation implantation is definite, and it has a significant effect on the improvement of the patients condition, and does not cause serious complications, and the patients family members are highly satisfied.
