摘要	探究观察健康教育在维持性血液透析糖尿病肾病患者动静脉内瘘护理中的应用效果。方法2020年3月到2021年7月，选取60例行维持性血液透析治疗并创建动静脉内瘘的糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象，通过抽签法将60例患者分组，观察组联用健康教育对两组患者均实施基础护理，获取两组护理效果，并进行统计学比较。结果观察组并发症率10.00％小于对照组33.33％，观察组健康知识掌握度高于对照组，显示有差异（P＜0.05）。结论对糖尿病肾病创建动静脉内瘘患者实施健康教育，可有效预防并发症，提升健康知识的掌握度，值得推广应用。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application effect of health education in the nursing of arteriovenous fistula in patients with diabetic nephropathy on maintenance hemodialysis. Methods: in March 2020 to July 2021, select 60 routine maintenance hemodialysis therapy and create arteriovenous fistula in patients with diabetic nephropathy as the research object, through the draw method of grouping will be 60 patients, observation group combination with health education on two groups of patients were the implementation of basic nursing, obtain nursing effect in both groups, and statistical comparison. Results: The complication rate of the observation group was 10.00% lower than that of the control group 33.33%, and the mastery of health knowledge of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, showing differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Health education for diabetic nephropathy patients with arteriovenous fistula can effectively prevent complications and improve the mastery of health knowledge, which is worthy of promotion and application.
