| 摘要 |
分析在角膜塑形镜验配管理中实施护理质量持续改进的临床效果研究。方法 选取我院2019年8月直至2021年8月期间我院眼科收治的106例近视人群并佩戴角膜塑形镜临床研究，将106例近视病患分为实验前53例（采用传统护理管理模式）、实验后53例（在传统护理模式的基础上添加护理质量持续改进模式）。结果 经临床研究得出，两组护理人员实施护理质量持续改进后操作技能、知识理论等相关考核显著优于实施前，组间开展比较分析差异性显著,（P＜0.05）。结论 临床在角膜塑形镜验配管理中应用护理质量持续改进，能够显著提高相关护理人员操作技能，值得临床广泛应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of continuous improvement of nursing quality in orthokeratology fitting management. Methods: From August 2019 to August 2021, 106 patients with myopia who were treated in ophthalmology department of our hospital and wore orthokeratology were selected for clinical research. The 106 patients with myopia were divided into 53 cases before the experiment (adopting traditional nursing management mode) and 53 cases after the experiment (adding continuous improvement mode of nursing quality on the basis of traditional nursing mode). Results: Through clinical research, it was found that after the continuous improvement of nursing quality, the related examinations of operation skills, knowledge and theory of nurses in the two groups were significantly better than those before the implementation, and there was a significant difference in comparative analysis between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Clinical application of continuous improvement of nursing quality in orthokeratology fitting management can significantly improve the operation skills of related nursing staff, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
