摘要
探究健康教育+心理护理联合方法在帕金森患者护理中的实际效果。方法 文章研究人员选取时间2021年4月到2022年5月,选自科室神经内科,共选取研究患者60人,随机分成研究组(联合护理法)、对照组(基础神经内科护理),每组30人,比对组内的病人情绪改善情况和治疗总有效率。结果 2组病人护理前两项情绪分值无明显差异,护理后研究组SDS、SAS评分均降低,P<0.05;研究组帕金森病人治疗总有效率(显效+有效/总例数)更高,P<0.05。结论 帕金森病人由于神经系统功能下降,基础生活能力受损,实施联合护理法后,病人不良情绪有所改善,总体治疗效果明显提升。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the practical effect of the combined method of health education and psychological nursing in the nursing of Parkinsons patients. Methods: the article researchers selected from the Department of Neurology from April 2021 to may 2022. A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into the study group (combined nursing method) and the control group (basic neurology Nursing), with 30 people in each group. The patients emotional improvement and the total effective rate of treatment in the control group were compared. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of emotional scores before nursing, and the SDS and SAS scores of the study group decreased after nursing, P < 0.05; The total effective rate (significantly effective + effective / total number of cases) of Parkinsons patients in the study group was higher, P < 0.05. Conclusion: due to the decline of nervous system function and the impairment of basic living ability, the patients bad mood has been improved after the implementation of combined nursing, and the overall treatment effect has been significantly improved.
