护理干预对改善晚期癌症患者生存质量的影响研究

摘要	研究护理干预对改善晚期癌症患者生存质量的影响。方法将我院2021.1月-2022.1月收治的60例晚期癌症患者为研究对象，采用随机分组的办法分成研究组、常规组，各组例数均为30例，前者予以舒缓护理，后者予以常规护理，对护理干预后患者的生存质量改善情况进行对比。结果在生存质量对比上，研究组的各项评分显著高于常规组，P＜0.05，在疼痛评分、焦虑、抑郁评分比较上，干预后研究组的评分均低于常规组，P＜0.05。在护理满意度两组对比上，研究组的护理满意度评分显著优于常规组，P＜0.05。结论将舒缓护理干预用于晚期癌症患者中，会改善患者的生存质量，让患者的不良情绪得到改善，减轻他们的疼痛，使患者满意护理人员工作，值得运用。
Abstract	Objective: To study the effect of nursing intervention on improving the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer. Methods: 60 patients with advanced cancer treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into study group and routine group. The number of patients in each group was 30. The former was given soothing nursing and the latter was given routine nursing. The improvement of life quality of patients after nursing intervention was compared. Results: in the comparison of quality of life, the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the routine group (P < 0.05). In the comparison of pain scores, anxiety and depression scores, the scores of the study group after intervention were lower than those of the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of soothing nursing intervention in patients with advanced cancer will improve the quality of life of patients, improve their bad mood and reduce their pain, which is worthy of application.
