| 摘要 |
分析不同时期胰岛素治疗妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇对妊娠结局的影响。方法 选择我院于2020.10-2021.10月，1年内收治的98例妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇，将所有孕妇用数字随机表法分组为对照组（49例，孕晚期实施胰岛素治疗）和实验组（49例，孕早期实施胰岛素治疗）。结果 实验组不良妊娠结局发生率、产后住院时间均明显低于对照组，实验组的血糖控制效果明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇实施临床治疗时，早期实施胰岛素治疗效果更佳，可以提高血糖控制效果，有效减少不良妊娠结局，缩短产后住院时间，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of insulin therapy on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with diabetes at different stages. Methods: 98 pregnant women with diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected. All pregnant women were randomly divided into control group (49 cases, treated with insulin after 32 weeks of gestation) and experimental group (49 cases, treated with insulin before 32 weeks of gestation). Results: the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and postpartum hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the blood glucose control effect in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the clinical treatment of pregnant women with diabetes, the effect of early insulin therapy is better, which can improve the effect of blood glucose control, effectively reduce the adverse pregnancy outcome, shorten the postpartum hospital stay, and has high application value.
