摘要	讨论研究在老年糖尿病治疗中联合使用甘精胰岛素、阿卡波糖片的价值作用。方法将2021年6月到2022年6月期间院内的68例糖尿病患者纳入研究范围，计算机随机抽取方式设置为对照组（接受甘精胰岛素治疗）、观察组（接受联合甘精胰岛素、阿卡波糖片治疗），对比两组患者不良反应发生情况、各项血糖指标。结果观察组整体不良反应发生情况、各项血糖指标等数据信息均明显比对照组更具优势，P<0.05，有统计学差异。结论在老年糖尿病治疗中联合使用甘精胰岛素、阿卡波糖片可帮助患者控制血糖指标，减少不良反应对患者影响。
Abstract	Objective: to discuss the value of insulin glargine and Acarbose Tablets in the treatment of elderly diabetes. Methods: 68 patients with diabetes in the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were included in the study. The computer was randomly selected as the control group (treated with insulin glargine) and the observation group (treated with insulin glargine and Acarbose Tablets). The adverse reactions and blood glucose indexes of the two groups were compared. Results: the overall adverse reactions and blood glucose indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, p<0.05, with statistical difference. Conclusion: the combined use of insulin glargine and Acarbose Tablets in the treatment of elderly diabetes can help patients control blood glucose indicators and reduce the impact of adverse reactions on patients.
