Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of amlodipine + atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 80 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected, and the digital table was randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine. Add Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets. The diastolic and systolic blood pressure, blood lipids, total effective rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the diastolic and systolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group, P< 0.05. There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment, P>0.05. Conclusion: Amlodipine + Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets is effective in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.
