摘要	探讨婴幼儿腹泻的临床护理。方法将我院2021年1月-2022年1月80例婴幼儿腹泻患儿，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施全方位护理。比较两组护理前后症状积分、家长满意度、持续腹泻时间、住院时间。结果实验组症状积分低于对照组，家长满意度高于对照组，持续腹泻时间、住院时间短于对照组，P＜0.05。结论婴幼儿腹泻患儿实施全方位护理效果确切。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical nursing of infant diarrhea. Methods: From January 2021 to January 2022, 80 cases of infantile diarrhea in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given all-round nursing. Symptom score, parents satisfaction, duration of diarrhea and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: The symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the parents satisfaction was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: The effect of comprehensive nursing for infants with diarrhea is definite.
