善用桂北地方红色资源，扎实提高民族地区高校“三全育人”的思想教育的效果，夯实中华民族千秋伟业的人才基石。聚焦地方红色资源和“三全育人”面临的机遇和挑战，深挖桂北地区湘江战役精神的核心内涵，拓宽渠道，探索“湘江战役精神——大思政课”一体化高校育人体系，通过“云数据”平台建立多层次、多维度的育人手段与方法，切实提升在“三全育人”的实效性，努力培养堪当重任的时代新人。

| Abstract |
Make good use of the local red resources in north Guangxi, improve the ideological education effect of "three integrity education" in colleges and universities in ethnic areas, and consolidate the talent foundation of the great cause of the Chinese nation. Focus on local red resources and opportunities and challenges facing all three and educating people, digging in north guangxi area core connotation of the xiangjiang river battle spirit, broaden the channels, to explore the "battle of the xiangjiang river spirit - big education courses" integrated system of education in colleges, through the "cloud" data platform to establish multi-level and multi-dimensional education means and methods, to promote the "three full" effectiveness, Strive to cultivate new people worthy of responsibility.
