本文基于SWOT法对高校学生干部队伍建设进行了探讨，客观全面的分析学生干部在舆情环境下的优劣势和面临的挑战及机遇，以期更好地指导和加强学生干部队伍建设，提出切实有效的大学生舆情引导策略。

| Abstract |
This paper discusses the construction of student cadres in colleges and universities based on the SWOT method, and analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of student cadres in the public opinion environment, as well as the challenges and opportunities they face, in order to better guide and strengthen the construction of student cadres and propose effective strategies to guide the public opinion of college students.
