Vocabulary is the essence of a language, and culture is a kind of cultural penetration. Word meaning can be divided into two categories: concept and cultural association. Due to the differences in writing system, regional environment, religious belief, customs, values and other aspects of the two languages, resulting in the vocabulary blank in the two languages. Therefore, the correct and appropriate use of lexical relevance in lexical culture is an important link in cross-cultural communication activities. By comparing the cultural meanings of Chinese and Spanish words, it is concluded that they have the same concept and different cultural meanings. Consistent concept meaning and cultural meaning; Different conceptual meanings, same cultural meanings. This paper will analyze the significance of lexical cultural semantic comparison, Chinese and Spanish lexical cultural semantic comparative analysis, and finally put forward the construction of Spanish semantic dictionary in the perspective of comparative literature.
