X公司融资方式创新研究

摘要	近年来，由于中小企业融资管理受到多方面的因素影响，因此如何改变中小企业融资管理的格局更具有一定的研究意义。本文选取主要从事绿色节能低碳减排的X公司2014年-2019年的财务数据以及融资计划书等资料的分析，对X公司的融资现状、融资问题、融资方式等方面进行研究和分析。以X公司的投融资管理创新为例，研究X公司近几年所采用的的融资方式，以及遇到的融资难题，并对其提出新的融资途径以及融资管理方面的建议。
Abstract	In recent years, because the financing management of small and medium-sized enterprises is affected by many factors, so how to change the pattern of financing management of small and medium-sized enterprises has a certain research significance. This paper analyzes the financial data and financing plan of X Company, which is mainly engaged in green energy saving and low-carbon emission reduction from 2014 to 2019, and researches and analyzes the financing status, financing problems, financing methods and other aspects of X Company. Taking the investment and financing management innovation of X Company as an example, this paper studies the financing methods and financing problems adopted by X Company in recent years, and puts forward suggestions on new financing approaches and financing management.
