摘要	在现代科学技术以及网络技术快速发展的形势下，在人们生活工作的各个方面都渗透着各类先进信息技术，也给事业单位的档案管理工作带来了新的挑战和机遇。档案管理工作是事业单位管理工作中非常重要的一个组成部分，对于事业单位的可持续发展会产生直接影响。本文主要充分结合事业单位当前的实际发展状况，对于单位内部档案资料管理工作内容进行了详细梳理，同时也对网络时代下事业单位如何实现档案管理工作的完善策略进行了探讨，希望能够为从业人员提供一定的借鉴。
Abstract	Under the situation of rapid development of modern science and technology and network technology, various advanced information technologies permeate all aspects of peoples life and work, which also brings new challenges and opportunities to the archives management of institutions. Archives management is a very important part of the management of institutions, which will have a direct impact on the sustainable development of institutions. This article mainly fully combines the current actual development status of public institutions, sorts out the content of internal archives management work in detail, and also discusses how to improve the strategies for public institutions to achieve archives management in the Internet age, hoping to provide practitioners Provide some reference.
