支持地方高校改革发展资金绩效评价指标研究

摘要	近几年，高校专项资金使用过程中，支持地方高校改革发展专项资金投入力度越来越大，但是财政投入资金使用效率低下一直以来为社会诟病。通过研究支持地方高校改革发展资金绩效评价指标，对现有该项资金使用效率和发展水平等方面做出评价，可以保障高校更为合理和有效的使用资金，提高使用效益、优化资源配置。
Abstract	In recent years, during the use of special funds in universities, the investment of special funds to support the reform and development of local universities has been increasing, but the low efficiency of the use of financial investment funds has always been criticized by the society. By studying the performance evaluation indicators of supporting the reform and development funds of local universities, and evaluating the use efficiency and development level of the existing funds, it can guarantee the more reasonable and effective use of funds, improve the use efficiency and optimize the allocation of resources.
