摘要	在当前时代，制造业的高质量发展在“双循环”新发展格局下具有重要的作用。本文从“双循环”新发展格局、制造业高质量发展以及“双循环”和制造业高质量发展两者结合这三个方面，对现有文献进行综述并评述，以期为“双循环”背景下制造业高质量发展的研究理清思路，为以后相关研究提供一定的帮助与启示。
Abstract	In the current era, the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry plays an important role in the new development pattern of the “double-cycle”.This paper reviews the existing literature from the three aspects:"double-cycle" new development pattern, high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, and the combination of “double-cycle”and high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. To clarify the thinking for the research of high-quality development of manufacturing industry under the background of "double-cycle", and provide some help and enlightenment for the future relevant research.
