摘要	随着我国国际地位和市场影响力的不断提高，我国经济形势也呈现出一片大好局面，在这种条件下，企业经济管理创新也越发受到人们的关注和重视。因此，文章加强对企业经济管理的研究和探索，了解企业在经济管理创新过程中存在的弊端和缺陷，有针对性的提出企业经济管理创新方法，力求为企业管理水平和经营能力提高指明思路。
Abstract	With the continuous improvement of Chinas international status and market influence, Chinas economic situation is also showing a good situation. Under this condition, the innovation of enterprise economic management has also attracted more and more attention. Therefore, the article strengthens the research and exploration of enterprise economic management, understands the drawbacks and defects of enterprises in the process of economic management innovation, puts forward targeted methods of enterprise economic management innovation, and strives to point out ideas for the improvement of enterprise management level and operation ability.
