摘要	步入二十一世纪以后，市场的争夺更加惨烈，企业面对的竞争环境千变万化。队伍建立与团队管理，已经成为了现代企业管理模式的核心。现代队伍管理更注重合作和协调，提升团队竞争力，加强团队凝聚力，以适应内外部环境变化，满足市场需求。
Abstract	After entering the 21st century, the market competition is more fierce, and the enterprise faces an ever-changing competitive environment. Team establishment and team management have become the core of the modern enterprise management mode. Modern team management pays more attention to cooperation and coordination, enhance team competitiveness, strengthen team cohesion, in order to adapt to the changes in the internal and external environment, and meet the market demand.
