武汉市某社区居民对预立医疗照护计划了解现状调查

摘要	调查武汉市某社区居民对预立医疗照护计划（Advance Care Planning，ACP）了解现状，为社区推广预立医疗照护计划的实施提供参考意见。方法 2022年1月—2022年2月，采用简单随机抽样问卷发放到社区微信网格群，居民线上随机填写来进行问卷调查。结论武汉市某社区居民对预立医疗照护计划了解少，认知处于低水平，但是大多数居民对ACP整体态度程现积极。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the status quo of residents understanding of advanced care planning (ACP) in a community in Wuhan, and to provide suggestions for promoting the implementation of advanced care planning. Methods From January 2022 to February 2022, a simple random sampling questionnaire was distributed to the community wechat grid group. Conclusion The residents of a community in Wuhan know little about pre-established medical care plan, and their cognition is at a low level.
