Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of holistic nursing in the nursing of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. Methods: A total of 120 patients who received MDR-TB care in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the method of computer blind selection, 120 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was intervened by the nursing mode of routine nursing, and the observation group was intervened by the nursing mode of holistic nursing. The SCL-90 score, nursing satisfaction and sputum negative rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis were compared and analyzed between the control group and the observation group. Results: After nursing intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of SCL-90 score, nursing satisfaction, and negative rate of sputum Mycobacterium tuberculosis (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The nursing mode of holistic nursing for MDR-TB patients can effectively improve the negative rate of sputum Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the SCL-90 score. It has excellent results in clinical application and is worthy of promotion and application.
