| 摘要 |
分析对ICU重症患者实施预见性护理与实施常规护理的效果差异。方法 抽取2020年10月-2021年10月期间我院ICU收治的患者98例并对其进行分组研究，分组办法为盲分法，接受常规护理的49例患者为对照组，接受预见性护理的49例患者为研究组，对比两组患者护理有效率及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组患者护理有效率高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对ICU重症患者实施预见性护理可显著降低患者并发症的发生风险并有利于提高护理效果。

| Abstract |
Objective to analyze the effect difference between predictive nursing and routine nursing for ICU patients with severe illness. Methods: 98 patients admitted to ICU of our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and grouped. The grouping method was blind grouping. 49 patients who received routine nursing were taken as the control group and 49 patients who received predictive nursing were taken as the study group. The nursing efficiency and complications of the two groups were compared. Results: the effective rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: predictive nursing can significantly reduce the risk of complications and improve the effect of nursing.
