摘要	在半导体封装企业中，制造设备是半导体公司开展产品业务的重要物质基础。由于近三年半导体技术的飞速发展，产业竞争也在迅速增加。因此，怎样管理好和利用好这些半导体制造设施，提升制造设施的水平，对增强半导体制造公司在行业竞争中的能力，推动公司提升与发展有着重要性。
Abstract	in semiconductor packaging enterprises， manufacturing equipment is an important material basis for semiconductor companies to carry out product business. Due to the rapid development of semiconductor technology in the past three years， industrial competition is also increasing rapidly. Therefore， how to manage and make good use of these semiconductor manufacturing facilities and improve the level of manufacturing facilities is important to enhance the ability of semiconductor manufacturing companies in industry competition and promote the upgrading and development of companies.
