公立医院区域医疗合作的对策分析

摘要	分析公立医院进行区域医疗合作的有效对策。方法以访谈调研的形式采集信息资料，研究公立医院在发展和经营中面临的问题，选取优质方法促进公立医院区域医疗合作的进程。结果实施了医疗合作的有效对策，公立医院的医疗资源配置效果以及获取的医疗资源效益，均显著提升，和实施对策之前对比差异存在统计学意义，p<0.05。结论公立医院应积极实施区域医疗合作对策，更好地保障医院长久发展，取得较高的合作效益。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effective countermeasures of regional medical cooperation in public hospitals. Methods Collect information in the form of interview and research, study the problems faced in the development and operation of public hospitals, and select high-quality methods to promote the process of regional medical cooperation in public hospitals. Results The effective countermeasures of medical cooperation were implemented, the effect of medical resource allocation and the benefits of public hospitals were significantly improved, and the difference before the implementation was statistical significant, p <0.05. Conclusion Public hospitals should actively implement regional medical cooperation countermeasures to better ensure the long-term development of hospitals and achieve high cooperation benefits.
