| 摘要 |
产褥期是产妇产后恢复与新生儿健康成长的关键时期，对产妇的身心带来了巨大的挑战。产褥期护理是医院护理的延续，发现并解决是产妇的健康问题，促使其主动遵循健康的生活方式，对降低产后并发症与提高医疗服务满意度等方面有着积极意义。本文阐述医院实施产褥期延续护理的意义和方法,并在建立妇科产后持续护理队伍、构建高效的电话随同访问过程、关注建立平台的技术支撑、实施多重协助护理模式、推行以资深经验医生为主的家庭访问服务等领域加以详述,并对各干预方法的优点与缺点加以思考和展望,为实施医院开展产褥期延续护理提供了参考。

| Abstract |
The puerperium is a critical period for the postpartum recovery and the healthy growth of the newborn, which brings great challenges to the body and mind of the puerpera. Puerperium nursing is a continuation of hospital nursing, finding and solving maternal health problems, prompting them to actively follow a healthy lifestyle, has positive significance in reducing postpartum complications and improving medical service satisfaction. This article expounds the significance and methods of implementing puerperium continuous nursing in hospitals, and establishes a continuous nursing team in the gynecology department, constructs an efficient follow-up telephone interview process, pays attention to the technical support of the establishment of platforms, implements multiple assisted nursing models, and implements a nursing system based on senior experienced doctors. Home visit service and other fields are described in detail, and the advantages and disadvantages of each intervention method are considered and prospected, which provides a reference for the implementation of puerperium continuous care in hospitals.
