妊高症临床护理中预见性运动护理干预的应用效果观察

摘要	目的分析妊高症临床护理中预见性运动护理干预的应用效果。方法选取本院 2021.03——2022.02 期间收治妊高症病人作为研究对象，共计 60 名，通过随机分组法分出常规组、实验组，每组 30 名。常规组应用常规护理干预，实验组应用预见性运动护理干预。比较两组护理前后负性情绪评分（HAMA、HAMD）、下肢静脉血流速度和住院时间、妊娠结局、DVT 发生率。结果护理前，两组对比 HAMA、HAMD 评分未见差异性，P＞0.05。护理后，相较常规组，实验组 HAMA、HAMD 评分、住院时间、DVT 发生率更低，P＜0.05。相较常规组，实验组下肢静脉血流速度更高，P＜0.05。相较常规组，实验组妊娠结局更优，P＜0.05。结论妊高症临床护理中应用预见性运动护理干预可改善患者妊娠结局，建议普及。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the effect of predictive exercise nursing intervention in clinical nursing of pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods a total of 60 patients with PIH admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. Routine nursing intervention was used in the routine group, and predictive exercise nursing intervention was used in the experimental group. The negative emotion scores (HAMA, HAMD), lower extremity venous blood flow velocity, length of stay, pregnancy outcome and incidence of DVT were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results before nursing, there was no difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, compared with the routine group, the HAMA, HAMD scores, length of hospital stay and the incidence of DVT in the experimental group were lower (P < 0.05). Compared with the routine group, the blood flow velocity of lower limb vein in the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05). Compared with the routine group, the pregnancy outcome of the experimental group was better (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of predictive exercise nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of pregnancy induced hypertension can improve the pregnancy outcome of patients, and it is recommended to popularize it.
