| 摘要 |
在急诊静脉输液中探讨应用系统化护理干预对不良反应及护理满意度的影响及临床效果。方法 选取本院急诊科收治的急诊静脉输液患者120例纳入2021年8月开展的护理研究中，研究闭环时间为2022年8月。在对所选患者进行治疗时，主要以系统化护理干预为主，按照实验开展的要求，将所选患者进行分组，采用常规护理和系统化护理两种干预手段，分别作用于参照组和研究组。结果 经过系统化护理干预后的研究组总满意人数和不良反应发生人数分别是59例、10例，所占比例分别为（98.33%）、（16.67%），该数据与常规护理的参照组46例（76.67%）、20（33.33%）相比，组间差值具有可比性（P<0.05）。结论 采用系统化护理干预进行急诊静脉输液患者的护理工作，能够有效地提高护理效果，减少不良反应的发生率，对护理质量和满意度的提高有着积极作用，值得临床借鉴并加大推广力度。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect and clinical effect of systematic nursing intervention on adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction in emergency intravenous infusion. Methods A total of 120 emergency intravenous infusion patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital were selected and included in the nursing study carried out in August 2021, and the closed-loop time of the study was August 2022. In the treatment of selected patients, the main focus is on systematic nursing intervention. According to the requirements of the experiment, the selected patients are divided into groups, and two intervention methods, routine nursing and systematic nursing, are used to affect the reference group and the study respectively. Group. Results After systematic nursing intervention, the total number of satisfied patients and the number of adverse reactions in the research group were 59 cases and 10 cases, accounting for (98.33%) and (16.67%), respectively. Compared with 46 cases (76.67%) and 20 (33.33%), the difference between groups was comparable (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of systematic nursing intervention in the nursing of emergency intravenous infusion patients can effectively improve the nursing effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and have a positive effect on the improvement of nursing quality and satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical reference and intensified promotion.
