| 摘要 |
研究脑卒中后运动性失语症患者中通过言语康复治疗结合健康管理的应用效果。方法 本研究中共110例脑卒中后运动性失语症患者，上述患者的入院时间为2019年1月至2021年10月，随机将其分为对照组和实验组，对照组接受言语康复治疗，实验组在对照组基础上结合健康管理，分析应用效果。结果 实验组患者语言功能以及日常生活交流能力均优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 言语康复治疗结合健康管理能够促进脑卒中后运动性失语症患者的神经功能恢复，改善患者的语言功能，使患者的正常交流能力得到提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of speech rehabilitation combined with health management in patients with post-stroke motor aphasia. Methods in this study, a total of 110 patients with post-stroke motor aphasia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group from January 2019 to October 2021. The control group received speech rehabilitation treatment, and the experimental group analyzed the application effect on the basis of the control group and health management. Results the language function and daily life communication ability of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion speech rehabilitation therapy combined with health management can promote the neurological recovery of patients with post-stroke motor aphasia, improve their language function, and improve their normal communication ability.
