With the advent of information technology, economic and trade cooperation between countries is increasingly frequent, but it also brings more and more market competition. The traditional development of enterprises can no longer meet the needs of real development, and they need to seize various opportunities for change and innovation. As a pillar industry of the national economy, state-owned large and medium-sized construction enterprises must actively participate in the international economic cooperation environment if they want to achieve sustainable development, and formulate and implement relevant development strategies according to the development needs of the times, so as to promote the development of the construction industry. Therefore, this paper takes Chinas large state-owned construction enterprises as the research object, discusses the development strategy of Chinas large construction enterprises from the perspective of transnational economic cooperation, and puts forward the development strategy of Chinas large construction enterprises in combination with Chinas actual situation.
