Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xinhuosu on elderly patients with decompensated heart failure and chronic renal insufficiency. Methods 400 cases of elderly patients with decompensated heart failure in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected, and 96 cases of patients with decompensated heart failure and renal insufficiency were selected as the main research objects of this study. The patients were divided into observation group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases) by average allocation method, and the control group was given conventional treatment, On the basis of the control group, the patients in the observation group were very fond of Xinhuosu. The heart rate, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and 24-hour urine volume of the two groups were compared. Results the effective rate of the observation group was 95.8%, which was better than 68.8% of the control group (P < 0.05); The heart rate, LVEF and 24-hour urine volume of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion for the elderly patients with decompensated heart failure combined with chronic renal insufficiency, the use of new activin has a good therapeutic effect.
