Objective To explore the nursing points of one-stop mechanical thrombus removal in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs. Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed with acute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis from February 2021 to February 2022 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects, and all received one-stop mechanical thrombus removal treatment. Results All 60 patients were successfully operated, 2 patients had postoperative hemoglobinuria, and 3 patients had a small amount of blood oozing at the site of postoperative puncture, which were found in time and treated positively and effectively. No serious bleeding, pulmonary embolism or renal impairment and other complications occurred, and all patients were discharged successfully. Conclusion One-stop mechanical thrombus removal in the treatment of acute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis has a significant effect, postoperative high-quality nursing is conducive to promoting the rehabilitation of patients, has a positive significance to reduce complications.
