Objective to analyze the effect of preventive nursing on complications of hemodialysis internal fistula. Methods 60 patients who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. The selected patients were divided into the control group (implementing routine clinical nursing) and the observation group (implementing preventive nursing intervention) according to the difference in clinical nursing. The incidence of common complications of internal fistula, the mental health status after nursing and the satisfaction score of patients nursing services were statistically compared between the two groups. Results the complications of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction (service attitude, service technology, service efficiency, service quality, time management) of the observation group was higher (P < 0.05). After nursing, the mental health status of the patients in the control group was significantly higher than that of the patients in the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion preventive nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients can effectively reduce the incidence of internal fistula complications and improve the patients nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
