Objective Patients with cerebral apoplexy receive carotid endarterectomy in the process of treatment, the prognosis is not ideal, the patient to carry out nursing intervention, observe its application effect. Methods Selection during June 2021 to June 2022, part in our hospital to accept the treatment of carotid artery intima stripped of cerebral apoplexy patients, 30 patients were divided into a group of people in the group, respectively in patients with routine nursing (control group), strengthening the nursing intervention (research group), comparing the application of the two kinds of nursing mode, observe whether there was a significant difference. Results (1) through the implementation of different nursing measures for the two groups of patients, it was found that after receiving nursing treatment, patients in the clinical efficacy, length of hospital stay and the probability of complications, compared with the control group, the indicators of patients in the study group had significant advantages (p < 0.05); (2) Patients in the study group maintained an advantage in quality of life, and the data were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of cerebral apoplexy patients undergoing carotid endarterectomy, the implementation of nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, shorten the overall length of hospital stay of patients, but also greatly reduce the probability of side effects of patients, which is worth learning and promoting.
