康复护理对破裂颅内动脉瘤栓塞术后的影响

摘要	讨论研究在破裂颅内动脉瘤栓塞术中开展康复护理工作的价值作用。方法将2021年8月到2022年8月期间院内行破裂颅内动脉瘤栓塞术的68例患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组实施常规基础护理、观察组实施常规基础护理+康复护理，观察并比较两组术后不良反应发生情况、护理满意度与住院时长。结果观察组整体术后不良反应发生情况、护理满意度与住院时长等相关数据信息均明显比对照组更具优势，P<0.05，有统计学差异。结论在破裂颅内动脉瘤栓塞术中开展康复护理工作可减少不良反应对患者影响，让患者尽早出院，为患者提供更为满意的护理服务。
Abstract	Objective To discuss and study the value of rehabilitation nursing in the embolization of ruptured intracranial aneurysm. Methods in August 2021 to August 2022 in the line of ruptured intracranial aneurysm embolization during the period of 68 patients were included in the research scope, the random distribution method is divided into control group adopted routine of basic nursing, the observation group + rehabilitation nursing care on a regular basis, to observe and compare the two groups of postoperative adverse reaction occurrence, the nursing satisfaction and hospitalization time. Results The overall incidence of postoperative adverse reactions, nursing satisfaction and length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly more advantageous than those in the control group, P<0.05, with statistical differences. Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing work in the operation of ruptured intracranial aneurysm embolization can reduce the impact of adverse reactions on patients, let patients leave hospital as soon as possible, and provide patients with more satisfactory nursing services.
