| 摘要 |
探讨人性化护理在慢阻肺无创呼吸机患者护理中的效果。方法 将我院2021年1月-2022年1月80例慢阻肺无创呼吸机患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施人性化护理。比较两组护理前后负面心理量表得分、肺功能状况、对工作满意度、通气时长、住院时长、并发症率。结果 实验组负面心理量表得分低于对照组，肺功能状况高于对照组，对工作满意度高于对照组，通气时长、住院时长短于对照组，并发症率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 慢阻肺无创呼吸机患者实施人性化护理效果确切，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with non-invasive ventilator. Methods 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary non-invasive ventilator in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind random method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given humanized nursing. The negative psychological scale scores, pulmonary function status, job satisfaction, ventilation time, hospitalization time, and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The negative psychological scale score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the pulmonary function status was higher than that of the control group, the job satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the duration of ventilation and hospitalization were shorter than those of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group, P< 0.05. Conclusion The effect of humanized nursing on non-invasive ventilator patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is definite and worthy of promotion.
