摘要
探讨医教协同背景下“临床学院”教学模式的应用价值。方法 选择我院2020级的临床学生,采取医教协同背景下优化教学法教学,作为实验组。选择我院2019级的临床学生,采取常规法教学,作为对照组。比较两组对带教工作的满意度、临床实习中对理论知识的掌握度、临床实习技能的考核评分。结果 实验组对带教工作的满意度高于对照组,临床实习中对理论知识的掌握度、临床实习技能的考核评分高于对照组,存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论 临床学生实施医教协同背景下优化教学法带教效果确切,可提高临床学生的技能掌握水平,使其更好胜任日后的工作,并提高其对带教方法的认可。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of "clinical college" teaching mode under the background of medical education cooperation. Methods The 2020 clinical students in our hospital were selected as the experimental group, and the teaching method was optimized under the background of medical education cooperation. The 2019 level clinical students in our hospital were selected as the control group, and the routine teaching method was adopted. The two groups were compared in their satisfaction with teaching, mastery of theoretical knowledge in clinical practice, and assessment scores of clinical practice skills. Results The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in teaching work, and the assessment scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice skills in clinical practice were higher than those in the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical students implementation of the optimized teaching method under the background of medical education cooperation has a definite effect, which can improve the clinical students skill level, make them better competent for future work, and improve their recognition of the teaching method.
