淮剧不仅仅是一种娱乐方式和艺术风格的演绎,更重要的是它作为一种区域文化认同和民族审美活动,延续着两淮地区人民特定的情感记忆,蕴含着浓厚的淮安地域文化精神。在本土音乐进校园活动中，淮安市新安小学新区选择了最能体现本地区文化特色的淮剧进校园，并通过多年的实践取得了一定的经验。
