摘要
“新文科”背景下,金融类专业面临着新技术革命的挑战。作为一门传统文科,金融类专业应用型人才的培养方式有待进一步完善,培养模式有待优化。“微专业”拓展了传统人才培养模式,可以弥补传统教育模式的不足,有助于实现建设新文科的目标。本文以金融工程“微专业”建设为例,提出新文科建设的新思路和对策,为金融类专业“新文科”建设实践提供参考。
Abstract
Under the background of "new liberal arts", financial majors are facing the challenge of new technology revolution. As a traditional liberal arts, the training method of applied talents in finance major needs to be further improved, and the training mode needs to be optimized. "Micro-major" expands the traditional talent training model, can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional education model, and help to achieve the goal of building a new liberal arts. Taking the construction of "Micro-major" in financial engineering as an example, this paper proposes new ideas and countermeasures for the construction of new liberal arts from the six aspects of talent training goals, curriculum system, curriculum content, teaching methods, teacher training and teaching management. Liberal Arts” construction practice provides reference.
