摘要
评价教育护士岗位设置(ENPS)在中西医结合医院新入职护士规范化培训(ST)的价值。方法 2019年度入职的69名新护士作为对照组、传统带教,2020年度入职的69名新护士作为观察组、规范化培训。结果 观察组理论考核、临床实践技能水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ENPS实施可提高新入职护士综合技能,提高培训效果及临床教学质量。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of education nurses job setting (Enps) in the standardization training (ST) of the new entry nurse in the Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital. Methods 69 new nurses in 2019 served as the control group, tradition, 69 new nurses in 2020, as the observation group, standardized training. Results Theory of observation group is high, and the level of clinical practice skills is higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion ENPS implementation can improve the comprehensive skills of new entry nurses, improve training effects and quality of clinical teaching.
