| 摘要 |
研究家庭医生综合干预治疗对2型糖尿病患者心理健康的影响。方法 选择2021年1月－2022年1月社区卫生服务中心诊治的60例2型糖尿病患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组30例。对照组采用常规干预措施，研究组采用家庭医生综合干预治疗，对比两组治疗前后心理状态、血糖水平。结果 研究组治疗后心理状态评分低于对照组；研究组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 2型糖尿病患者在社区卫生服务中心治疗期间，实施家庭医生综合干预模式，可有效改善患者心理健康状态，降低患者血糖水平，值得应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of family doctors comprehensive intervention on the mental health of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed and treated in community health service center from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine intervention measures, and the study group was treated with comprehensive intervention by family doctors. The psychological status and blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results the score of psychological state in the study group was lower than that in the control group; The fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion during the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients in the community health service center, the implementation of family doctor comprehensive intervention model can effectively improve the mental health status of patients and reduce the blood glucose level of patients, which is worthy of application.
