Objective To explore the nursing key points of interventional treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and analyze the application value of nursing. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 60 patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022. The control group received routine nursing for interventional treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, while the observation group received point nursing for interventional treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. The disappearance time of edema of the affected limb, the disappearance time of tenderness/distending pain, the recovery time of body temperature, and the time of autonomous activity of the affected limb were compared between the two groups. The proportion of patients with concomitant symptoms during nursing care: pulmonary embolism, post-thrombotic syndrome, bleeding, filter complications; The nursing satisfaction of patients was counted. Results In the observation group, the symptom disappearance time was short, the rate of concomitant symptoms was low, and the patient satisfaction was high (P<0.05). Conclusions In the interventional treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, the key points of nursing should be analyzed, the key and core problems should be explored, the complications of thrombosis should be prevented and the symptoms of thrombosis should be eliminated as soon as possible, the key problems should be identified, the nursing operation should be detailed and standardized, and the value of nursing application should be reflected.
