Objective: To analyze the effect of bundle nursing intervention in delivery room on postpartum urinary retention of puerpera with painless delivery. Methods: Research period from November 2020 to November 2021, the research object for February launched in epidural women randomly selected 82 cases, the cases of alternating sorting method are divided into two groups, will accept the routine nursing intervention of maternal included in the control group (41 cases), will accept delivery of cluster nursing intervention of maternal into observation group (41 cases), The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The incidence of spontaneous urination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of induced urination and urinary retention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The time of first urination and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of delivery room cluster nursing intervention on puerpera with painless delivery is very significant, which is helpful to reduce the incidence of postpartum urinary retention, promote the physical recovery of postpartum puerpera, and make them discharged as soon as possible, which is worthy of promotion.
