摘要	近年来，中国各类心理问题的凸显受到社会各界广泛关注，但由于精神卫生、心理健康服务资源不足以及人们对情绪障碍的认识不足、对抑郁症等心理问题仍存在着很多误解及偏见，心理疾病的预防和诊治仍面临巨大挑战。本文以中国粤港澳大湾区为切入点，通过探讨中国人群常见心理健康问题的患病情况、群众对心理问题的认知与理解、推广心理健康服务面临的困难三个方面，分析常见心理问题在大湾区面临的严峻形式，最后从文化因素的角度探讨了促进大湾区心理健康服务展开的策略。
Abstract	Recently, the prominence of various mental problems has attracted wide attention in China. However, due to several reasons such as a lack of awareness and cultural stigmatization of mental disorders, the prevention as well as treatment of mental illness have faced great challenges. This study tried to review the prevalence of common mental problems, lay beliefs about psychological problems, and three difficulties of promoting mental health services among the Greater Bay Area (GBA) Chinese population. In the end, this study suggested a local-based strategy to promote the development of mental health services in the Greater Bay Area from a cultural perspective.
