精准护理在全麻下青少年斜视矫正术围手术期护理中的价值

摘要	实验将针对青少年斜视矫正术患者实施治疗，重点分析精准护理策略，帮助患者达成理想的治疗结局，优化围手术期护理方案。方法针对 45 例青少年斜视矫正术患者为对象，样本来源于 2022 年 1 月，截止为 2022 年 8 月前来的患者，按照时间划分两个对比组，对照组为常规护理，观察组为精准护理，对比治疗成果。结果从数据可见，观察组患者的治疗期间舒适度高于对照组，观察组总分为（90.72±2.96）分，对照组为（82.78±2.79）分，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时，在患者的焦虑情绪分析中，观察组患者 SAS 得分低于对照组，对比差异大。最后，在患者家属的护理满意度上，观察组以 96.0%，高于对照组的 75.0%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论采用精准护理对于青少年斜视矫正术患者，有助于改善其焦虑情绪，提升护理治疗的舒适性，家属也对工作给予认可，护理措施值得推广。
Abstract	Objective The experiment will focus on the implementation of treatment for adolescent strabismus correction patients, focusing on the analysis of precision nursing strategy, to help patients achieve the ideal treatment outcome, optimize the perioperative nursing program. Methods A total of 45 adolescent strabismus correction patients were selected as the object. The samples were collected from January 2022 to August 2022. According to the time, the patients were divided into two comparison groups: the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received precision nursing. Results According to the data, the comfort level of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group during the treatment. The total score of the observation group was (90.72±2.96), and that of the control group was (82.78±2.79), with statistical significance (P < 0.05). At the same time, in the anxiety analysis of patients, the SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the comparison difference was great. Finally, the nursing satisfaction of patients family members was 96.0% in the observation group, which was higher than 75.0% in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of precision nursing for adolescent strabismus correction patients, help to improve their anxiety, improve the comfort of nursing treatment, family members also give recognition to the work, nursing measures are worthy of promotion.
