摘要	分析在手术室各项护理工作中，心理护理的重要性。探讨心理护理在提高手术室护理安全性中的作用。方法选择我院于 2020 年 1 月到 2022 年 1 月收治的手术患者 120 例进行研究，按照护理方法的不同均分为两组，常规组实施手术室常规护理，试验组实施手术室心理护理。通过对比两组术后各项评分的方式，分析出更加具有优势的护理方式。结果通过心理护理干预，试验组未发生手术不良事件，手术室护理质量评分和护理安全评分均高于常规组；术后回访过程中病患以及家属对手术护理过程中护理人员护理专业度和护理态度均较满意，护理满意度评分较常规组更优；术后病患对疾病康复充满信心，其不良心理状态较护理前更优，其中试验组 SAS、SDS 评分低于常规组。对比结果有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在手术室护理中应用手术室心理护理不仅可以提高手术室护理质量和护理安全性，而且可显著改善病患不良心理情绪，家属和病患均对护理过程中的护理方式评价较高，护理满意度得到显著提升，护理效果佳。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the importance of psychological nursing in various nursing work in the operating room. To explore the role of psychological nursing in improving the nursing safety in the operating room. Methods 120 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected for study, and divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods. The routine group implemented operating room routine nursing, and the experimental group implemented operating room psychological nursing. By comparing the postoperative scores of the two groups, the more advantageous nursing methods were analyzed. Results Through psychological nursing intervention, no adverse events occurred in the test group, the operating room nursing quality score and nursing safety score were higher than those of the conventional group, the patients and their families were satisfied with nursing professionalism and attitude, and the postoperative patients were confident in disease recovery and worse psychological status than before nursing, and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the test group. The comparison results were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of operating room psychological nursing in the operating room nursing can not only improve the operating room nursing quality and nursing safety, but also significantly improve the bad psychological mood of patients. Family members and patients can highly evaluate the nursing mode in the nursing process, significantly improve the nursing satisfaction, and have good nursing effect.
