Objective After skin grafting surgery, the patients with arm burns should choose the appropriate nursing mode. Methods 60 cases were selected from the experiment for January 2021 - December 2021 arm skin grafting surgery department, burn patients will equal the number of patients are divided into two groups, one on the basis of conventional nursing in patients undergoing comprehensive nursing is marked as a team, in patients undergoing routine nursing care as control group, compare the postoperative nursing effect. Results (1) for treatment efficiency, the efficiency of patients in the study group was significantly better, and the comparison difference was large (p < 0.05); (2) By comparing the differences in patients satisfaction after treatment, the laboratory statistical results of patients in the study group were better, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05); (3) In terms of pain score, before surgery, there was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups, but after treatment, the pain score of patients in the study group at different time periods was more excellent (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with arm burns undergoing skin grafting surgery, comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing can achieve better nursing effects, accelerate the healing speed of patients wounds, relieve pain, and can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
