Objective The experiment will be aimed at the implementation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients, focusing on the analysis of perioperative fast track surgical nursing application effect. Methods A total of 80 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected as the object. The samples were from January 2020 to December 2021, and they were divided into two comparison groups according to time. The control group received routine perioperative nursing, while the observation group received perioperative fast track surgical nursing. Results According to the data, there were differences in postoperative recovery between the two groups, and the observation group was better than the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, in the comparison of serum indexes, the levels of C-reactive protein, interleukin-6 and norepinephrine in the observation group were improved more significantly, and the differences were significant (P < 0.05). Finally, in the evaluation of nursing satisfaction, the recognition of nursing work in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The perioperative fast track surgical nursing for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy is helpful to the early recovery of the patients condition, and improves the serological indicators, and affirmed the nursing work, which is worthy of promotion.
